3. Payment and delivery

Available payment methods depend on the ordering channel and are displayed before confirmation. A digital product or its access instructions are provided after payment is confirmed. The stated delivery time applies to normal processing; payment-network delays or manual review can take longer.

4. Replacement and refunds

If the product is not delivered, differs from the confirmed order or does not work when received, contact support promptly with the order number and safe evidence of the issue.
